I’m cooler than you guys

Dates made my stool hard and it hurt like nobody’s business also I was constipated for 2 days and when I did have to poop I had to buckle down for the worst poop ever Still recovering

Flax seed binds me up like concrete in a toilet pipe It takes me over a week to squeeze out a nugget from my stank pooch Even sticking the garden hose up the chute doesn’t help I usually have to have the blockage surgically removed Thankfully the doctor lets me keep the specimens in a jar I keep it on my kitchen counter to remind me that life is hard…just like my stools
