I’m cooler than you guys

Dates made my stool hard and it hurt like nobody’s business also I was constipated for 2 days and when I did have to poop I had to buckle down for the worst poop ever Still recovering

Flax seed binds me up like concrete in a toilet pipe It takes me over a week to squeeze out a nugget from my stank pooch Even sticking the garden hose up the chute doesn’t help I usually have to have the blockage surgically removed Thankfully the doctor lets me keep the specimens in a jar I keep it on my kitchen counter to remind me that life is hard…just like my stools

Seriously best way to poop = to have a Hand Bidet Sprayer by the toilet With these you don’t really need Toilet Paper anymore and you can use it to spray some water up your pipes to get things moving with less straining Helps with Constipation and Hemorrhoids and makes it less stressful
